I think one thing that Pettigrew really does well, is they offer a service that is so personal to each family.
For me being in the world of tech, it's about being able to provide personalised experiences for families where they can actually choose photos and visuals that represent their loved one and creates a feel that honours their loved one. Everyone who walks through the room, into a chapel will feel that personality coming through.
So for me, I love that Pettigrew offers that service to every family, and it's personal.
